Serve

A member asks, and it reaches the person who can do it.

Serve is where ClubMav is deepest. A member scans, taps or texts what they need — a valet pickup, a bag brought up, a cart to the tenth tee, a drink poolside — and ClubMav routes it into a ticket the right staff member sees at the station where the work actually happens.

The flagship

Member Services — the moment carried end to end.

The flagship of Serve. A member requests something from where they're standing — through a QR at a location, an SMS keyword, or a staff member entering the request on a device — and the request becomes a ticket that prints at the right station: the bag room, the front desk, the pro shop, the pool deck. Each club configures the request types it uses: bag pickup, valet, carts, range refills, front-desk requests, poolside orders. The ticket stays open until a staff member marks it complete.

Bag Locker Lookup: members find their own name on a bag pickup request, and the locker number prints on the bag-room ticket.

Caddies.

Clubs with caddie programs run them in ClubMav — per-club ranks and rate matrices, snapshotted pricing so a rate change today doesn't rewrite last month's ledger, physical QR caddy cards a member can scan, member ratings after the loop, and a ledger that keeps loop fees and tips separate.

Caddies is one of ClubMav's most complete workflows, and it's an example of what depth in a single movement looks like. It's not what ClubMav is — but it's what ClubMav can be for a club that runs a caddie program seriously.

Caddie Scheduling: ClubMav can schedule loops — demand blocks, caddy availability, and assignments with confirm/decline — for clubs whose caddie master runs their program in the platform.

Food ordering, at the moment.

ClubMav can also support QR-based food ordering for moments like poolside service, grab-and-go, takeout or the turn. Members scan, browse the menu and order from their phone; the ticket prints in the kitchen.

A club can add QR ordering when the moment calls for it — no separate app for members to download, no POS to replace.

Enabler

Where the ticket lands is where the work happens.

Serve tickets don't sit in an inbox for someone to notice. They print — on Star CloudPRNT thermal printers at the stations where the work happens: the bag room, the pool deck, the pro shop. The printer is the interface for a lot of the staff side of Serve, and that's on purpose. It's the fastest handoff the club already knows how to use.

One layer

How Serve connects.

Serve requests originate from Engage touchpoints (a text, a scan). They become work items handled through Operate. Feedback about how they went lands separately in Improve through the club's own Feedback loops.
