Operate

The work is visible, assigned, and the same shift to shift.

Operate is what a General Manager or COO reaches for. Digital checklists that turn Saturday morning into a repeatable routine. Tickets from Serve that print at the right station instead of getting missed. Group texts to the team that don't disappear into someone's personal DMs.

The flagship

Digital checklists that shifts actually finish.

Clubs run digital checklists in ClubMav for F&B, golf operations and facilities — daily open and close, weekly deep cleans, monthly walk-throughs, seasonal changeovers. Each checklist is assigned to the people who own it, scheduled at the cadence the club needs (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly), notifies its assignees before it's due, and tracks completion.

When the shift ends the checklist is either done or it isn't, and the manager sees which through a digest configured for that manager.

  • Consistencythe same open and close, shift after shift.
  • Ownershipeach task belongs to the people assigned to it.
  • Completiontracked at the shift level, not asked about later.
  • Visibilitythe manager sees the digest for their area.

Tickets print at the station where the work happens.

ClubMav prints Serve requests, ordering tickets and shift alerts on Star CloudPRNT thermal printers at the stations where the work happens — the bag room, the pro shop, the pool deck, the kitchen. It's the handoff the staff side of the operation already knows how to use. Star CloudPRNT specifically — not universal printer support.

Staff coordination, on the club's ClubMav-configured number.

The same ClubMav texting layer that reaches members carries staff coordination too. Front-of-house alerts, shift-change notes, "the delivery's here" from the loading dock — the messages stay in the club's ClubMav account, not on the personal phone of whoever happens to be on shift. When someone's off next week, the thread is still there.

How Operate connects.

Operate is where Serve requests become the work that gets done. Checklist completions and shift notes feed Improve as the club looks back at how the day went.
